1. Using this website
These website terms cover your use of sslgofast.com and general information about our digital agency services. Please use the site lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, misuse contact forms or copy our content without permission. Separate written proposals and service agreements govern individual projects.
2. Services and quotations
We offer search engine optimisation (SEO), website design and development, and digital strategy services. Each project starts with an agreed written scope describing deliverables, responsibilities, timeframe, revisions, fees and payment terms. No project order is accepted merely by submitting a contact form.
Our currently advertised package starting prices are SEO Foundations €70 one-time, SEO Growth €100 per month, Web Experience €120 one-time, and Digital Partner €130 per month. These are starting prices only, not a promise of unlimited work. The confirmed proposal controls actual work and fees. Taxes and third-party charges such as domains, hosting, licences, paid advertising or premium software are additional only where disclosed and agreed.
3. Payment and billing
Invoices, due dates, deposits and accepted payment methods will be described in the written proposal or invoice. One-time services are billed as agreed. Monthly services are billed for their agreed billing periods; recurring billing occurs only where specifically authorised and agreed. We do not currently require online checkout to submit an enquiry. Overdue-payment handling, where relevant, will follow the contract and applicable law.
4. What clients provide
Clients are responsible for providing accurate requirements, timely feedback, lawful and appropriately licensed content, and necessary access to systems they own or control. Please share credentials only through an agreed secure channel. Delays or changes caused by missing client materials may affect the project schedule.
5. Changes, revisions and delivery
The agreed proposal sets the included deliverables and revisions. Additional requests or material scope changes may need a new quotation and revised timescale. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly agreed as binding. Clients should review deliverables and notify us promptly of material issues.
6. Intellectual property
Clients retain ownership of materials they supply and must have rights to use them. Our pre-existing know-how, tools, templates and third-party elements remain subject to their respective licences. Ownership or a licence to bespoke paid deliverables will transfer only as stated in the agreed proposal, normally after payment in full.
7. No guaranteed results
SEO positions, search traffic, sales, rankings, third-party approvals and business outcomes depend on factors beyond our control and are not guaranteed. We work with reasonable care and skill and explain practical deliverables rather than promising specific rankings or revenue.
8. Cancellation and refunds
See our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these website terms for relevant services. Any applicable statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
9. Liability
We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Otherwise, liability arising from a project is governed by the agreed written service contract and applicable law. General website material is for information, not a professional guarantee.
10. Governing law and contact
Subject to mandatory consumer protections and other applicable rules, these website terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. A separately signed service agreement may contain further terms.
